I'm pretty sure the main antiheroine Koike (she's the evil villain but she kicks ass), among other things, seduces and talks with Yoko (who's the Maria of the main character Yu) :)
By the way, this is a very insane movie (four hours long, yet feels less than two), the most crazy I've ever seen. It's great!
