The film is primarily a character study on Lee Chandler (Casey Affleck's character) and his nephew Patrick. The only notable interaction between two women is between Sandy, one of Patrick's girlfriends, and Jill, her mother, who talk to each other about Lee and his inability to make small talk. Though the conversation does not pass the test either way, it is notably interrupted by Patrick.

Approx. around the 2-hour mark, at the start of the emotional scene between Lee and Randi, there's an interaction between Randi and her friend Rachel about how the latter is going to pull up with the car.
Also half an hour into the movie there's an interaction between Randi and her daughter Karen about whether she can watch TV.

Two female nurses talk to each other, although one of the nurses isn't listed in the cast at all, and they're talking about locating Joe's belongings in the hospital.

There *almost* another exchange between Randi and her friend Rachel. As Lee approaches, it's obvious that Randi and Rachel were in the middle of talking, but no dialogue is heard.

Randi starts talking to Lee, and Rachel knowing that this might be weird for her to stick around, says "Randi, you want me to go get the car to pick you up?" Both Randi and Lee respond sort of simultaneously (Randi "yeah" Lee "No, I gotta go")

Rachel and Randi have a conversation that is not about a man.
- Rachel: "Randi, you want me to get the car and pick you up?"
- Randi: "Yeah."
- Rachel: "I'll just pull around, just be a few minutes."
- Randi: "OK, thanks."

I think this should qualify for a 3/3.
