There are two named women: Dr. Sophia Rikkin and Maria. They live in different centuries and have no dialogue with each other.

Sophia and an unnamed Elder Templar woman speak briefly near the end of the film (the Elder says that Sophia's father is going to get credit for her work).

An Asian woman is one of the prisoners in the Abstergo facility. She is not named and has no dialogue. She fights some guards near the end of the film - noticeably, she only fights female guards.

Actually, the Templar and the female prisoner have names: Ellen Kaye and Lin, respectively. But the audience isn't given their names within the movie itself, and the fail still stands regardless because the only women conversing (Sophia and Ellen) are talking about a man.
