So close, yet so far. The film features numerous named female characters, such as Dina, Dawn Wiener, Zoe and Yvette. The film's fourth segment is also almost exclusively women talking to each other about non-male subjects. But unfortunately, the named women never have a conversation. The character Zoe spends most of the final segment talking to her Nana, who is never identified by a real name, invalidating their talk with regard to the test. Zoe speaks to Yvette, but Yvette doesn't talk back, meaning no conversation. Thus, no dice.

Tinu disagreed with the rating and said:
"Nana" is the protagonist of the last episode. "Nana" is a nickname, but I think this should count, especially if it refers to the protagonist of an episode (or film - there are several films whose protagonist is not named by strict standards). The women in this last episode talk about other things than men for an extended amount of time (e.g. their career).
Moreover April and Dawn talk to each other in the second episode; they are talking about Wiener Dog (about giving her a sausage and in the end about passing Wiener Dog from Dawn to April). These dialogues are comparatively short (especially if compared to the dialogues that are somewhat about men), so this could be a "dubious" case.
But with the last episode this film should pass the Bechdel test.
