In a dialogue just before the four characters start dinner, Helen (Barbara Shelley) talks directly to Diana (Suzan Farmer) and she replies, but it's just a two-sentence "conversation":

- Diana, tou can't!
- Why not?

Then she continues speaking but for the whole group and talks looking directly to Charles (Francis Matthews).

<spoiler alert>

Once converted into a vampire, Hellen speaks to Diana in an attempt to attract and bite her, but she refuses and keeps asking about Charles and Allan (Charles Tingwell), and the whole conversation turns around the two men.

After that, Helln talks again to Diana, trying to convince her to open the window and let her in, but Diana don't speaks back directly to her and just exclaims "Hellen!" when she sees her for the first time.

IMO this is not enough to pass the test.
