The movie is an anthology of 3 horror segments. The first story and the third story all have named women, (Martha in the first, Annie in the third), but neither involves these women talking to another woman.
The second segment, The Raft, has two women--Laverne and Rachel--in it. Technically they interact and "talk", but it's dubious.
Before getting into the water, the two look at each other uncertainly. Then Laverne says to Rachel "Oh! This is crazy! This is totally crazy!" but Rachel doesn't say anything back and gets in the water.
Then, after Laverne gets in, she yells "Oh god!" to Rachel because of how cold it is and Rachel smiles back at her and the two girls swim over to the raft to meet up with the guys.
Clearly they're interacting, and Laverne is communicating to Rachel and Rachel is responding silently. Dubious.
