For some reason, lately I've been matching up some of my favorite films with these 3 seemingly simple rules. Terror Firmer is possibly my favorite film of all time and meets the criteria many times over. There are at least 2 main named female characters and at least 2 minor named female characters, and they definitely talk about things other than men. As a matter of fact gender is a big deal in this film with one unnamed character (until the end) having a grudge against males in a very aggressive and violent way. There is actually quite a bit of "macho" bashing in this, without being feminist... As a matter of fact gender bending and blurring the lines is a huge part of this film. I would love to see this film officially included on this list because it is a very important film in cinema history and needs to be recognized. (That last part was opinion, obviously, but I truly believe it.)
