The most heart-breaking seen is when Anna goes to see her "patient" at hospital after she has tried to commit suicide. Another woman had given Anna the bad news. Anna met this woman, to whom she feels responsible for, in an advice centre, where they speak about the difficult times this lady is going through.
Also, there is that annoying lady, Anna's friend, who won't shut up, talking and gossiping about things she doesn't understand in such a clumsy way without even realising it!
