There's only about 4 female human/humanoid characters, two of which (the Island Faeries, or Shobijin) aren't named. The other is Junko, and the other is a minor character, a teacher called Kobayashi.

There's also Mothra, who is a sentient female giant moth, but she arguably doesn't count. There are some unnamed girls - Kobayashi's students - who also appear and speak on-screen briefly, but they remain unnamed.

None of the dialogs involving the Shobijin would pass, since they aren't individually named.

Mothra doesn't really talk to anyone clearly - she does have a voice and speaks in some kind of monster language, but whenever it is directed to the Shobijin or Godzilla, it is one-ended. Besides, even if we consider the Shobijin's chanting, it doesn't pass because they aren't named.

Mrs. Kobayashi speaks with her unnamed students about their safety when fleeing Godzilla, but they remain unnamed.

We COULD say that it has at least two named women in it, since Junko and Mothra are clearly named and the latter, althought not human, is sentient. Mrs. Kobayashi, the teacher, could also count, even though only her last name is stated onscreen.

Not a pass, unfortunately.
