There's Kazumi, Kaori, Tsukiko, Dr. Hosono, Yumi and, of course, Tomie.
There's a brief conversation between Kazumi, Kaori and Tsukiko about themselves and their interests.
Dr. Hosono is Tsukiko's psychiatrist, so they are repeatedly seen talking about themselves, Tsukiko's issues and Tsukiko's mother. They mention her past and Tomie. The doctor also briefly talks to her assistant Yumi on several occasions.
Finally, Tomie and Tsukiko have long, important scenes in which although men are mentioned, they talk mostly about each other.
