This film, based loosely on a real-life crime, is entirely focused on the relationship between two Olympic-wrestling gold-medalist brothers, and a reclusive, eccentric millionaire. There are two women with speaking roles. One, the millionaire's ancient mother, only has one speaking scene, where she's emasculating him. The other, the wife of one of the brothers, speaks briefly twice. They never meet.

Yes, this is a particular story about men living and working in a very male-dominated career and situation. It's extremely insular regarding that, trying to really get inside all of this stuff and these characters living in their own heads, consumed by physical achievement. Therefore the movie excludes everything in outside reality including a substantial feminine presence, very much on purpose in keeping with the overall themes.
Quite a good film, fascinating, and deliberately does not pass this test. It is about presenting a completely skewed and exclusionary version of reality so I would call this one an exception.
