The film takes place on a space shuttle. Six of the astronauts are men; two are women. Though the women do appear in *many* scenes together, they never directly exchange words. In fact, their lack of interaction is significant, given that they're sometimes the only two people in a given room.
The ship's computer system is voiced by a woman, and all the astronauts do talk to "her," but as with 'Eagle Eye,' I don't think this counts.

It's an ensemble cast and setting--the women and their opinions are given as much weight as the men's. While technically true, I think the intent here is very different.
