They only interact twice. One of Elisa and Petronella (I'm not sure which), comes to Guinevere to say that Jacob has come from Lyonesse. This is a very short conversation, so I'm dubious if it counts.
Earlier, Guinevere tells the other women to jump from the carriage they are in, which is being assaulted, but all either of them say is "I can't", or "no, I can't" (both Petronella), which I don't think counts as "they talk to each other".
