This is debatable, but I think the only women who talk to each other are Pat (Patricia), and Lulu, and there are only two conversations, and whenever the conversation seems to be about something other than a man, a man is mentioned.
For example, in the first Lulu needs a piano moving, but Pat's suggestion is to trick her father into moving it. In the second, a dance lesson, Lulu's critique on Percy's actions leads to Lulu saying she needs to imagine she is with a cad (and a discussion of her boyfriend). Lulu's critique of Pat's posing does mention she will need to act more ladylike to be a star, but then a couple of lines afterwards she says that must be a lady to attract gentlemen, and that leads to a discussion of a particular gentleman.
