The two girls are named Ruby and Jenny. They are having conversations with other girls and Ruby mentions to the group about going to the clinic to get tested with Jenny if they are HIV negative or positive. After the clinic scene, Jenny is choking up on the phone since her sister is on the line and before she hangs up, she tells her sister to talk to the mom. Afterwards, we get a sweet moment of Ruby and Jenny hugging each other closely while Ruby says to her that It'll be ok. Then, Telly walks by who gave her HIV and Ruby warns her not to engage in any conflict. This were the movie gets into misogynistic territory and I've got nothing to add.
