The two named female characters have very brief interaction toward the end, and technically their conversation is about a very serious thing they do together (not work, but something a lot like work if they had those jobs), but apart from that and a brief hug/congratulation, this remains secondary to the main action. The poster shows Tautou's face, but the primary protagonist and point of view is Ejiofor's. It is, however, a film very sympathetic to women in limited-power situations, and to exploitation of bodies both sexually and symbolically.

I should add that the two women have a conversation earlier in the film, but it is primarily about a sexual assault, thus "a man". The story does subvert the romantic subplot, however, in an important way, as the primary female character pursues her own dream at the end rather than subordinating herself to the male protagonist.
