The basis of this documentary is a series of interviews on the topic of whether or not women are funny, with Bonnie McFarlane as the primary interviewer/narrator. She interviews several female comedians, including Joan Rivers, Chelsea Peretti, Sarah Silverman, Maria Bamford, Rita Rudner, Rosie O'Donnell and several others that I am sadly forgetting.

I don't think the Bechdel test can be applied to something like a documentary. The reason for the Bechdel test is to question Hollywood's lack of important female characters, and it doesn't apply to real life. It would be like declaring that your friend is a Mary Sue.
