There are several named women in the film. But only one of the film's four segments has a female protagonist. And she never talks to any other named women.
Like the original, this is a hyper masculine power fantasy. There are kick ass women in it, but they all have their clothes off most of the time.

Correct. There is a little dialogue between the prostitutes in Old Town, but it is exclusively about a man (the Josh Brolin character). There is even shorter dialogue between Jessica Alba's character and her female boss at the strip club, but the boss is not named (the club itself may or may not be named after her).

The rules are being bent for this movie because while it does pass the bechdel test it wouldn't pass a meaningful one.
