Annie is at a family dinner, but the only direct conversation the women have at it are about their men (and their allergies, etc).
Annie has a long discussion with her mother, it starts off about the wedding dress that Annie is trying on (which may creep across the line) but ends up being about how they meet the men in their lives and true love.
Annie has many conversations with her boss, but even in work meetings or discussing films they are talking about men.

I agree with the disagreement that this passes 3 of 3 tests. I don't believe there are any conversations between any two named women about anything other than a man.
Annie and Becky talk quite a bit, but it's always about man/men.

I know this may be a stretch, but Annie and Becky talk about commercials that make them cry, they name one about a fridge and describe it... this has nothing to do with men. I also think Annie and her mother's conversation about the wedding dress (the historical society wanted it, she wouldn't give it them, etc.) is about a dress and not men.

Here's the transcript for the discussion about Granny's wedding dress:

BARBARA
The Historical Society wanted this and I never would give it to them --

ANNIE
Granny's dress. Oh, Mom.

BARBARA
I notice these things are back in fashion. Oh, honey.

The rest of the conversation quickly shifts to focus on Walter and Annie's father, but this portion should count.

Annie and Becky later have a longer conversation about the movie "An Affair to Remember", specifically Deborah Kerr's character.

I agree with Matt, Annie and Becky have a conversation about an advertisement that made them cry where a daughter gives her mother a refrigerator with a big red bow. They're not talking about a man.
