There are three named female characters - Kristen Wiig's, her mother, and the friend she meets in the ice cream shop. Her mother may never be given a first and last name but I feel like she's present enough. Wiig talks with her mother about how she wasn't around, and with her old friend about motherhood.

I agree that this movie passes because of Maggie's conversation with her mother (whose name is Judy btw). However, I don't think the conversation in the ice cream shop would count on its own. They only talk about Carlie's son, Milo, and Lance.
