There's plenty of named women, and they talk to each other about several topics.
Risa and Noriko talk about the cursed video and about looking for it in the Internet.
Both also talk separately with Akane, their teacher. Noriko talks about the cursed video, about getting back her cellphone and later Risa talks to Akane about Noriko.
Later, the two also share an important scene.
Out of curiosity, the movie also passes the reverse Bechdel, as it includes a scene in which the two (named) male investigators talk about a male (named) criminal.
