This is an easy 3/3 pass. The film is a Western by Robert Altman about the rise of a brothel in a boom town (Bear Paw). There are several named female characters - Constance Miller, the madam (Julie Christie), Ida Coyle (Shelley Duvall), Blanche, Eunice, Cindy (not listed on IMDb), etc.

There are several scenes where women talk to each other about various topics.
Here is just one example of its passing, where the prostitutes Blanche, Eunice, and Cindy first arrive at Bear Paw, straight from the script:

Eunice: I thought there was supposed to be a real 'house.'

Cindy: A minute ago all you wanted was to get inside.

Eunice: Didn't Connie's letter say there was a 'house?'

Blanche: How would you know what a letter said.

Eunice: Tents for crissakes. That's no better than cribs.
