Bechdel Test Movie List

The only female characters with an ok amount of lines are Sam and Barb. Although Barb is clearly female the character itself is an ape.

If non-human female characters don't count then a lot of science fiction and talking animal movies wouldn't pass the test.
That being said, Barb and Sam talk about Chester for a little: 2/3.

Non-human female characters absolutely count if they're talking animals that are obviously meant to be females! (Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to apply the Bechdel Test to animated Disney movies like Lady and Tramp)

Barb and Sam make two female characters, they do have discussions twice in the film: one about science (meteorology vs. technology) and another when Sam and the gang are captured and being transported by Barb (although it transitions into one about whether Chester is treating her fairly, so possibly dubious...)

I consider Barb to be a female character. I don't think species really has anything to do, especially since she is treated like a human. Also, Barb and Sam do talk about science together and how Sam was carrying around a strawberry in her bag.

There are certainly two female characters who speak to each other on a subject other than men. This film passes all three tests.
