There are five prominent named female characters: Jane Hayes/Miss Earstwhile, Miss Elizabeth Charming, Lady Amelia Heartwright, Mrs. Wattlesbrook and Jane's pregnant friend Molly back in the States.
While they have several talks about the men at Austenland and in Austen's books, the women spend just as much time talking to each other about other topics.

I agree it passes the test, however men are central to the plot so if you're looking for a movie that isn't focused on dudes it's not the one for you. Additionally most of the cast is white, and there's a brief scene with porn/implied porn/talking about porn in the movie.
