I believe it passed all three requirements, although by technicality. Charlize Theron's character, Stella, is a safe cracker. When we first meet her, after her father dies, she talks to her assistant, joking about how her clients give her little credit for her work. Her assistant says that Mark Wahlberg's character, Charlie, is in her office. Therefore, that's two women talking about something else than a man. Passing all three. The technicality comes in because the assistant is a very minor character in that, that is her only scene, but still, it's the thought that counts, right?

The assistant isn't a named character, and her one comment is about a man. In no way is that a "conversation" not about a man.
