Tess, Julia Robert's character, talks to Julia Roberts on the phone; Tess asking to speak to Marcus and Julia asking to speak to Bruce Willis. Not a real conversation, and I wouldn't count Julia Robert as an actual character in this movie anyway.
Later, Isabel asks Tess (playing Julia Roberts) to give her an autograph, because her boyfriend is such a big fan.
