Not exactly the most gender-progressive movie, given that all of the women are heavily sexualized exploitation-vixen types. But it does fully fit the criteria, since there are two scenes in which two women face off against each other with no men around, and yell threats and one-liners at each other: "Didn't anyone ever tell you not to wear a dress to a gunfight?" "I dress to KILL!" That sort of thing.
