There are several named female characters but no one ever speaks to each other. There is a flashback sequence at the beginning with Mrs. Voorhees and Alice, but I can't remember if they actually show the two speaking. Even if so, it would be a 2/3.

Mrs. Voorhees and Alice are indeed shown talking to each other in the flashback, but I'm not sure if it counts, since they're not named on screen in this movie, only in end credits. Does it count if characters are named in previous movie?
