There are not two named "women" in it, but there is Jessica, the prostitute that Jet Li helps, and her young daughter, Isabelle. I can't remember if anyone actually says the girl's name, but there is a scene where they are looking for the girl's whereabouts on a list of names, and we see "Isabelle Kamen". It's also listed in the credits.
As far as women talking to each other, there are only two instances where women interact. the first is between Jessica and the unnamed prostitute responsible for stabbing Wang, which only lasted a couple seconds, so even if she was a named character, it wouldn't count because it wasn't a conversation. The second is when a prostitute tells Jessica to get out of her spot, but Jessica never says anything back, and the other prostitute isn't named anyway.
Real piece of work, this movie. Great fight scenes, but even ignoring the bechdel test, it's a sexist piece of ****.
