I would need more detail than that. It seems to me that Betty is almost always talking about her ex-husband. Maybe they have conversations about her kids, but that's as far as it goes, IIRC

Susanna and Steph (Trent's daughter) - as we as their friends who are given names too (Laura, Katy) - do talk about boys, but also have (brief) conversations about things like "we're going to the beach."
