Bechdel Test Movie List

There are four named women in the movie with more than a few lines of dialog: Annie, her boss Debby, police officer Angella, and bank robber Neve. For the most part, the women don't meet, but there are two scenes that pass the test; in both, Annie talks to Debby about her teaching career and future prospects. Unfortunately, the first of the two conversations involves a pretty awful rape/abortion joke (trigger warning: not the only rape joke in the film), but it's a solid pass.

I didn't think there was an abortion joke, I just thought she'd said she had one. Anyway, Annie and Debby talk about work, so it's a definite pass, but their conversation does include some talk of Annie's boyfriend and how Debby thinks the relationship shouldn't keep Annie from taking the new job elsewhere.
