Easily passes. The entire main cast is made up of female characters: Chloe, Yasmin, Jade/Cool Cat, Sasha/Bunny Boo, Breeanna, Cymbeline, Lena and Dee. Men do come up a couple of times but most of the conversations focus on other topics like the pixies, Cymbeline's weird behavior, friendship, the fundraiser/dance. Both the heroes and the villain are female.
The film also fails the reverse test as there are 3 named male characters but they never talk to one another.
