The movie has more than two named characters. None of the (named) female characters talk to each other.
There's a press conference on a plane where the speaker is a woman, has a name on credits (Bobbie-Faye) but she's not named on-screen. Lois Lane ask her about many aspects related to the flight, the shuttle they carry, the ignition, why there's only one camera aboard... at no moment the converstation turns into any man, just work, 100% of it.
So I guess it's all about how precise we are here about the "name" thing. If she must be named on-screen, 1/3, if she doesn't need to be named on-screen, clearly 3/3.
