Bechdel Test Movie List

Haven't seen it yet, but I know there are 2 prominent female characters in it.

The movie has three named female characters, two of which are portrayed as very intelligent and who have discussions about about things other than men, but never have a conversation together.

Main characters: male; object of main character's affection: female, whose name escapes me but I'm sure they mention it at some point. Dance instructor/stripper is named Marielena. One female in team: Naeha. No women ever discuss anything with each other in this film.

I was disgusted by the female as object or support for a male ego/character overkill in this movie. Totally unbalanced. Dana is saved from a life of overwork by a one night stand with Nick. Neha has to use overt sexuality to get acceptance, but then needs to be saved by being taken to a strip club. Marielena is a stripper/dancer saved by a super-bright nerd.
The two main male characters are the ones that need saving from themselves (neither able to hold down a relationship), but win the day and receive accolades all around.
PS: I'm a bloke, but this film just went too far for me.

Cayman is absolutely right - well done on the comment Cayman - this fllm is so sexist that it ruins the fun of watching it. Stupid. It's 2013 and this crap is coming out???
