While the movie has several named female characters (Daisy, Jordan, Myrtle, to name the most important), they never talk to each other.

And as reference, the female characters do speak to one another about things other than men in the novel.

Daisy and Jordan are speaking to each other when they're introduced.

The female characters do talk to one another. One is slight, but counts, and the others only slightly, and even then dubiously.

When Nick and Tom party at Myrtle's apartment, both Mrs. McKee and Mr. McKee are introduced when they come to the door. Mrs. McKee is the one who exchanges epithets with Myrtle. Myrtle says hi and giggles and Mrs. McKee calls her "Myrtle Turtle" excitedly.

Daisy talks to Jordan, basically telling her to come along with her in a few scenes, and Jordan complies.

In another scene, Daisy says "“What’ll we do with ourselves this afternoon? And the day after that, and the next thirty years?” as she's flipping out to the group and Jordan is the only one who responds and says "Oh, don't be so morbid!"

I must have missed that (sorry!), so I guess that constitutes a dubious pass.

Daisy talks to her daughter about going on a trip, although she does say that they are "Daddy's two favorite girls"

Daisy speaks to Jordan. She introduces Jordan to her cousin, Nick, then says to Jordan about her matchmaking plans for them, "I’ll sort of —oh— fling you together. You know — lock you up accidentally in linen closets and push you out to sea in a boats!"

I saw a woman in a scene about 15 minutes into the movie who says something about how she hasn't seen a particular woman in a long time, said directly to that woman.
Although that was very brief, just a second or 3.

I've changed the rating from 1/3 to 3/3 (dubious).

Went back through scene by scene to check the arguments here, and I agree with the rating that this passes, though barely. Myrtle doesn’t actually respond with any dialogue to Mrs. McKee so that’s not a conversation (she just squeals as they hug).

The one that does barely pass is 1:29.17-24 where Daisy addresses Tom, Nick, Gatsby, and Jordan at the dinner table:

Daisy: (to the group) “It’s so hot! Everything’s so confused. What’ll we do with ourselves this afternoon or the day after that or for the next 30 years?”
Jordan: “Oh, don’t be morbid.”

After that Tom joins the conversation, so this is dubious at best. But it is two named female characters talking to each other about something other than a man, so I’d agree that this passes the test.
