This one is somewhat tricky. The film has quite little dialog, but the main protagonist (a 9 year old girl) have some conversations with both her mother, her aunt and a couple of other young girls.
The problem is that the main character is unnamed, and is only called "flickan" (The Girl). But I don't think the intention of the Bechdel test was ever to exclude the leading role (and only really big role in the movie), so it definitely passes the spirit of the Bechdel test.
Even if excluding the unnamed lead, there are still a couple of scenes with dialog between named female characters, namely a classmate to the girl and her cousin, which doesn't include men/boys.
So depending on whether you interpret the Bechdel test literally or in spirit, the film is either a somewhat weak pass or a VERY strong pass. But either way, it passes 3 out of 3 tests.
