This movie has several named female characters in it, but the two who bring it up to passing are Holly and Selina Kyle. After Selina buys her Catwoman costume, she puts it on, and this is the exchange:
"You spent the last of our money on that? It's not even halloween!" "Sometimes, Holly, you have to spend money to make money.' [Selina jumps out the window] 'SELINA!'
It only lasts about 30 seconds or so, but at no point in this scene is there a man mentioned. They have a few other conversations which aren't centered around a man, however a man is mentioned during those exchanges. Besides that, this is quite possibly the greatest animated Batman movie out there right now, and easily holds its own when compared to the live movies.
