The movie is all about Bradley Cooper's character. The entire movie is either spent focused on him or focused on characters talking about him. There are definitely moments where two women talk to each other, but since no conversation in the film isn't about Bradley Cooper's character, it's about him.

The film passes, though not strongly.
Tiffany & Veronica speak to each other at the dinner party about each other. Veronica asks her if she's not allowed to brag about her younger sister being a good dancer, and Tiffany responds by talking about their personalities. This scene passes the film unquestionably.

At the dinner party where Pat meets Tiffany, Veronica and Tiffany have a fight after Tiffany says she's tired and wants to leave. Since their discussion is about their personal issues, the movie passes all three criteria.

Tiffany (played by Jennifer Lawrence) talks to Veronica (played by Julia Stiles)during their dinner party about the decor of the house, the i pod port, and about Tiffany's desire to leave before dinner was finished.

Yup, I agree with Nadia, Zennikku, and Bob. I think it passes, albeit by the skin of its teeth.

There are a ton of movies listed as passes that have gotten by with much slimmer dialogue. Tiffany and Veronica talk substantially, by comparison.
It's a clear pass.

I also think that this film passes all three tests. The sisters' conversation says it all, literally.
