A biographical film about Patsy Cline. She speaks with her mother many times in the film, though sometimes it's about men or her husband. They discuss Patsy's dissatisfaction with her life in general, with Patsy wondering why she dislikes her life so much despite her husband, her home, and her budding music career. Her mother responds that she's been like that since she was a child, but Patsy responds that it's not helpful and asks her what she should do.
