I dont remember any other woman character in this movie.. and if there was any I dont remember any conversation between them.. All the conversation were between Vidya and Rana

The protagonist was a female who did have a conversation with another female (the HR executive who meets her at a hotel to disclose that her husband did work in the company but under a different alias). IRC, this was the only other substantial female character. However, they were both speaking about the lost husband so clearly it doesn't pass the 3rd condition.

Even if you don't agree that portions of the conversations between Vidya and Agnes qualify, there's also the scene in which receptionist Sapna sneaks Vidya and Rana into her boss's office. They only exchange two lines of dialogue - "hurry up," "okay" (paraphrasing) - but it does pass.
