There are a number of named women in this movie, many of whom talk to each other about something other than a man. In fact, the central character is Alessa/Heather, so much of the conversation centers on her. Alessa and Heather talk to each other, as do Heather and Claudia. There may be other examples, but the plot is incomprehensible and I had trouble keeping track of all the characters.

Heather and Dahlia also talk to each other about Alessa. Generally the only time a guy is discussed is a quick plot point (Vincent's grandfather), or Heather asking where her father is.
(I just watched it, so I can remember that much, though the plot is kind of incomprehensible.)

A rare example of a movie that appears to fail the reverse Bechdale test. Very much passes the Bechdale test, although this is obviously not a comment on the quality of the film.
