When Minerva and Darwin are torturing Anna for information about how to fit Da Vinci's invention together, Anna and Minerva get several lines at each other, not entirely coherently as Anna was drugged. Their final lines together where Minerva says she's going to kill Anna, and Anna takes offense, both verbally and otherwise, are done with just the two in the conversation.
