Timothy's mother, Donna, has several conversations with her new boss, Nora Bellinger, about working for her cosmetics company, how to sell the cosmetics, homosexuality, and later, Nora's magical romantic attraction to Donna due to the love spell.
Additional characters are Timothy's friend, Frankie, Jonathon's girlfriend, Becky, and her friend, Crystal, though I'm not sure if the latter two's names are mentioned other than in credits. Becky and Crystal also fall under the love spell and fall in love with Frankie, asking who she is and pursuing her, though Frankie, confused by what's happening, tells them that she's not a lesbian.
Later, Donna and Frankie talk while trying to find Timothy, commenting on how everyone in the town has become gay.
The major female character is Ms. Tebbit (Puck), the drama teacher, who encourages Timothy to empower himself and helps set everything back to the way it was.
She also speaks with Donna and Frankie, asking Frankie about her song for the play, while Donna asks about Timothy's whereabouts.
