This movie passes if you count Bernadette as a female character. I do, because as a trans character (compared with Adam and Tick, who identify as drag queens), Bernadette presents and identifies as female, and is furious when referred to by her birth name, Ralph.
In the film, Bernadette gets into a confrontation and (later) drinking contest, with the homophobic 'Old Shirl (Shirley). Shirley tries to get them to leave the bar, but Bernadette challenges her and wins.
Later, Bernadette asks Marion how large the audience is and she tells them that it's large and ready for them. She also referrs to Adam and Tick (and Bernadette) as "girls", though she could be referring to them because of they're in drag or just referring to them as "girls" in a casual manner because of their sexuality.
I consider this a pass, but only because Bernadette is a trans, female character, and not a male-identified drag queen like the other two main characters.
