There is only one major female part (Jennifer Anniston's), and I'd say that all of the other women are portrayed negatively. There's the annoying-voiced receptionist, the woman who mispronounces names and says "Must be a case of the Mondays!", the woman who denies Milton his slice of cake, and the cheating girlfriend.
