Bechdel Test Movie List

The majority of the dialogue between female characters centers around men. However, there is a brief exchange between Yuffie and Tifa when Tifa and her adopted son, Denzel are under attack. As they are about to be hit, Yuffie's weapon come flying in and she saves them, asking "Who has been messing with my materia?" (a throwback to her days a materia thief [a kind of magical stone]). Tifa mirthfully tells her "The bad guys, of course!" and Yuffie take off to participate in the fight.

Though the "bad guys" are three men, the actual fight taking place is with some animated monsters, and the exchange focuses more on the two women as teammates.

I don't know if this counts, but there's also the bit where Tifa talks to the presence of Aeris, thanking her for her help restoring order. It's one of the few things that Tifa says that doesn't relate to/berate Cloud in some way.
