1. In the first scene, on her way into Burns's office, she says hello to the advice-column writer who discusses her cat's kittens. Hildy's comment ("It was her own fault") is an ironic commentary on the kind of things men say about women. Technically "something besides a man", but, you know, also the exchange takes less than 30 seconds.
2. Hildy says to Molly "Let's get out of here" but their exchange is due to: 1. Molly's perception of the male writers' treatment of her 2. Hildy's perception that the situation between Molly and the male writers was escalating. So, not "something besides a man".
