Bechdel Test Movie List

Ma Fratelli and Andie have a snarling exchange at the end of the movie. Andie and Steph talk to each other throughout the movie, and while some of their dialogue was about boys (Brand and Mikey), plenty of it wasn't.

Just re-watched this movie. Andie and Steph never once have a dialogue about anything other than bran, unless you count group discussions involving not just andie and steph, but the rest of the goonies. you could possibly pass it on the scene between Ma Fratelli and Andie, but that conversation lasted literally 19 seconds. I mean, come on. how many long dialogues were there betwween male members of the cast, that lasted longer than 30 seconds? I love this movie- it's a childhood favorite. But I wouldn't pass it on a technicality. i say, 2/3.

Rosalita and mickeys mom (irene) also have a conversation. Stephen and Andy have conversations not about boys.

There's definitely a part of the movie where Steph is aiding Andi in going through the cave and no boys are mentioned in that conversation.
