There are several named women in the movie other than the title character. None of the named women talk to each other. As far as any talking between women, Lisbeth Salander speaks with a woman she sleeps with, and with a female archivist. But as neither is named in the movie it doesn't pass the test.

Isn't there a scene at the end where Lisbeth talks with her mother?

She does, in fact talk to her mother. Was her mother named, though?

You're thinking of the Swedish interpretation, in which she does speak to her mother Agneta. The 2011 English-speaking version uses her guardian, Holger Palmgren, instead. I don't think they name Miriam, the girl she hooks up with in the movie. They do show Harriet and Anita interacting, though I'm not sure you actually hear them speaking? It might be mostly music.

Lisbeth speaks to Lindgren, Martens assistant at the library of Vanger records. She may have mentioned Marten to Lindgren but the conversation is really about Lisbeth getting the files she needs to solve the case.

In the Swedish version, Lisbeth talks with her mother, who is named, near the end. This is shaky, however, as they discuss Lisbeth's father, and her mother asks if she is in a relationship.
A stronger case can be made for the conversation in the Millenium office between Erika and Malin, where the discuss the fact that Janne is feeding information to Wennerstrom, and Malin suggests using this to feed them false information.
