Felicity is playing a biological male character / transgender woman... not a biological female character.
Is the Bechdel Test "PC" which includes transgender women as female characters? So transgender men would be male characters, even if a FtM (or MtF) is revealed to be a female (Boys Don't Cry, Albert Nobbs, The Crying Game)?
